As a passionate lifelong amateur sport woman I’ve learnt first hand of the importance of yoga in supporting mind and body through the challenges of life.
My teaching and therapy sessions are focussed around maximising movement efficiency by addressing imbalances whether that is due to injury or general malaise. Caring for these incredible bodies of ours is the greatest gift we can give ourselves and is my philosophy in treatment / teaching.
