Yoga is a union between body, mind and consciousness. My classes reflect my personal experience, where yoga can be used to develop strength and alignment without jarring the joints, and assist in maintaining balanced mental health. With a focus on yoga for strength, anxiety, depression, PTSD and post-concussion symptoms related to mild traumatic brain injury, I aim to empower my students to heal. We all have trauma, we are all addicted to something and we all can benefit from the surrender and acceptance so critical to transformative change.
