Yoga Warmups for Your Feet and Ankles

I’m excited to announce I’ll be offering a new series of videos on balancing! The first two videos will feature poses to help you prepare for balancing practice. The video below will start at the foundation, with yoga warmups for your feet, ankles, and legs.
In this video, I demonstrate some of my favorite yoga warmups for the feet, ankles, and lower legs. This short, seated practice is a great way to prepare for balancing poses and standing poses, as well as activities like hiking and cycling. You can also do the sequence as a stand-alone practice anytime you want to give your feet, ankles, and calves some love. If you don’t want to practice the entire sequence, you can practice just a few of the exercises on your own or even just one that feels especially good. Enjoy!
