You will receive an email twice a week with the practices for that week. Alternatively, you can also log in to your YogaU Dashboard to see the 21-Day Challenge course and access the practices there.
2. How to Get to Your YogaU Dashboard.
Simply hit the ‘Get Access Now’ button to add the Challenge to your cart and then log in to your YogaU account and go through the FREE checkout process.
