Beginner Vinyasa Class: Connect Movement and Breath

Surya Namaskar (sun salutation) is a flowing series of postures that connect breath with movement. This class is a step-by-step progression towards a beginner level sun salutation. This 1-hour dynamic class will target areas of the body that require strength and flexibility with precise instruction, giving the student a foundation for a well-aligned Vinyasa practice.

Beginner Vinyasa Class: Building Strength in the Lower Body

An alignment-based beginner level flow introducing the strength building standing poses. This class will begin with a modified flow, building to standing poses that are effective in toning the body, and building strength and confidence.

Beginner Vinyasa Class: Morning Practice

Awaken and energize the body while connecting breath and movement in this well-rounded beginner’s flow. This alignment-based sequence includes Sun Salutations, standing poses, simple twists and backbends to jump-start your day.

Evening Wind Down: Slow Flow

Manage aches and pains caused by daily life with this practice geared towards opening the areas of the body in which we tend to hold onto tension. This gentle practice will not only bring space back into your body, but will also calm and quiet the mind in preparation for a restful evening.
