Frequently Asked Questions

Could You Give Me an Overview of the Main Sections of the Website?

YogaUOnline is passionate about making the healing benefits of yoga more widely known and accessible to yoga practitioners and teachers. Our website strives to provide that in 3 ways:

  1. Articles: Our articles share the latest research on the benefits of yoga, as well as insgithful teaching tips from fellow-teachers, and health & wellness professionals

  2. Practice Channel: Our Practice Channel is a video library with over 400 yoga practice videos we’ve collected. The practices are taught by dozens of different leading yoga teachers, cover a wide variety of topics and are aimed at varying ability levels because we believe that yoga is for every body.

  3. Online Yoga Ed. Courses: Our Online Wellness and Teacher Education Courses provide the background knowledge and application for utilizing yoga to promote health and well-being. We offer two new courses each month – these typically include two live lecture sessions and a recorded yoga practice session. Whether you purchase an upcoming or past course, you will receive online access to all of the course recordings via your YogaUOnline Dashboard, and that access is permanent, so you can view and review any time you need.

  4. Yoga Teacher Directory: Our Yoga Teacher Directory provides an online resource for yoga teachers and yoga therapists to list their offerings and specialization and for yoga students to find yoga teachers, yoga therapists or studios in their local area.

Here is a brief orientation video demonstating how to use our site.
