How Yoga Heals: Unlocking Your Inner Sanctuary

Join yoga teacher Judith Hanson Lasater for two profound sessions on How Yoga Heals: Unlocking Your Inner Sanctuary.

Making shapes with our body through asana isn’t really the goal of yoga, says Judith. It is primarily interesting because it helps us to enter a State of Being called yoga. Otherwise, we’re just doing exercises.

In these two sessions, Judith will guide you into discovering:

  • How can we make our yoga practice a vehicle to nourish the body, mind, and spirit from the inside out?
  • How can we move from mind into body? Beyond just making shapes, how does yoga help us feel our body?
  • How can we enter that deepest State of Being called Yoga?

Gather your props because we will practice restorative yoga during each session to be able to more deeply embody a new way of being.

The practice of yoga is fundamentally an act of kindness toward oneself. This idea is often forgotten, but not by Judith, whose approach is warm, non-judgmental and responsive to individual differences and needs.

I wanted to expand on my thank you. Yoga U Online has been an absolute lifesaver for me. I moved from a yoga mecca to a yoga desert. Instead of having my choice of teachers and styles and special workshops, I now have to travel an hour to take a class. The excellent teachers and interesting topics at Yoga U Online have kept me moving ahead in my practice. I am grateful for all the wonderful yoga you bring to me. Thank you.
