Practice Yoga with Claire Mark

Claire Mark has been practicing yoga since 1996 and teaching yoga since 1999. She has studied many different types of yoga; Jivamukti, Bikram, Ashtanga, Anusara, Vinyasa, and Iyengar. She considers herself to be a yoga-mut, taking in the best of what these different styles have to offer and blending them to create her own unique style. She teaches with compassion and appreciation of the individual yet encourages everyone to challenge them selves and work in a smart, but strong way. Claire has taught in NY, San Francisco, Chicago and Los Angeles. She also teaches yearly retreats in Mexico. One of her greatest joys is leading the teacher training program at Yogaview in Chicago. Claire has studied and continues to study with many senior teachers, and her love of yoga continues to grow with each day on the mat. Claire wrote a cookbook in 2012 titled “Cooking with Yogaview” in honor of the 10 year anniversary of her home studio. The cookbook can be purchased on amazon and at both Yogaview locations.
