Yoga U’s free, online Yoga as Transformation is just around the corner. And, we’ve got some exciting news to share: We have been able to add two live Q&As to the program: One with Judith Hanson Lasater on Sunday evening, September 6, and another live Q&A with Colleen Saidman Yee and Rodney Yee on Monday evening, September 7.
These are three of yoga’s most experienced and inspiring teachers, and for many of us, the chance to ask them our questions directly is a rare and precious opportunity. The Yoga as Transformation online event features talks, interviews and practices with 20+ leading yoga teachers, and will run thru Labor Day weekend: Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
