This Weekend! Join Us for Yoga as Transformation – National Yoga Month Online

Join us to celebrate National Yoga Month and all things yoga online!

Yoga U’s free, online Yoga as Transformation is just around the corner. And, we’ve got some exciting news to share: We have been able to add two live Q&As to the program: One with Judith Hanson Lasater on Sunday evening, September 6, and another live Q&A with Colleen Saidman Yee and Rodney Yee on Monday evening, September 7.

These are three of yoga’s most experienced and inspiring teachers, and for many of us, the chance to ask them our questions directly is a rare and precious opportunity. This is a free online service to the yoga community, and if you haven’t yet had a chance to register, be sure to do so! Go here to register.  

Both Q&A sessions are completely free of charge as part of the online Yoga as Transformation course! You will receive connection info for the free Q&As upong registration. But hurry, seats are filling up fast.

The Yoga as Transformation online event features talks, interviews and practices with 20+ leading yoga teachers, and will run thru Labor Day weekend: Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Whether you’re looking to deepen your own practice, expand your yoga teaching skills, or want to learn more about the health benefits of yoga, you’ll find lots of great resources and information in this online event.

The Yoga as Transformation event features three themes: Get Inspired, Deepen Your Practice, and Explore the Health Benefits.  Here are just some of the highlights:

Get Inspired. Increase your understanding of yoga and how to maximize the benefits of your own yoga practice. Join Judith Hanson Lasater, Colleen Saidman Yee, Ana Forrest, Maty Ezraty, Natasha Rizopoulos, and many many more as they share their unique insights into the many different ways that yoga can have a profound, and even transformative effects on body, mind, and spirit.

Deepen Your Practice. Enjoy yoga practices with teachers you’d normally have to travel long distances to study with, including Dr. Baxter Bell,  Natasha Rizopoulos, Julie Gudmestad ISTHA-yoga co-founder Sarah Platt Finger, Doug Keller, and more!

Explore the Health Benefits of Yoga. Gain new insights into the benefits of Yoga for Osteoporosis with Dr. Loren Fishman and Ellen Saltonstall.
