To be a Warrior means to be authentic in everything we do in life. The Peaceful Warrior practice helps us to connect to the light inside us and be able to shine that light into every action, and every relationship with every word we say. This practice offers a gentle flow, focusing on forward bends which help calm down the nervous system, and which are tied to the philosophy of Ahimsa: non violence.
