I am a lover of people, author, speaker, teacher and healer. My approach teaching yoga is to integrate esoteric concepts with the physiological and psycho-emotional processes of the body and mind to affect change and transformation in the autonomic nervous system and over all well being.
I enjoy teaching in a group setting and creating a loving and accepting community for my students as well as taking healing and transformation to the next level through the value of private one on one work.

2019 completed RYT-200 training and registered with Yoga Alliance
