I started yoga more than 20 years ago when going through a difficult time and it really helped with any depreesion, anxiety I was having. Since then it has helped me with ALL of the above. I am now teaching seniors and it's great to watch them move! and helping with all sorts of medical issues. My vanyasa/power class helps in SO many ways from concentration, stillness, breath, strength, flexibility, confidence etc etc  I can not say enough on how yoga has helped me throughout my life and am so happy to share with others of all ages and sizes.

I have been doing yoga for over 20 years and completed my 200RYT in 2019.

Before Covid I was substiting at many studios, for I have a full time job outside of Yoga. Since Covid I created my own on line classes and have named it "YOGO"

YOGA GOES ANYWHERE!  I teach a chair yoga class and vanyasa class each week.

I am open for Private lessons also.  With (Zoom) Yoga I have been able to teach classes to people all over the country! And have shown that yoga CAN go anywhere, from your own living room to a park, or outside on your porch etc!
