I am passionate yoga teacher, my goal is to teach and share the benefits of this ancient practice, teaching from the asana (postures) alignment, different pranayamas and the importance of being mindfulness in the practice of yoga. I have been teaching yoga for over 6 years and I am extremely dedicated to create a safe environment for the practitioners and focusing in the mind and spirit exploration of the body for the yogis in all levels.
I began my yoga practice 11 years ago, and hold a Yoga Therapist Certification Training 500hrs E-RYT in 2013 by Asana Andiappan College of Yoga & Research Center, (Chennai, India) Since completing my certification I have taught at many yoga studios, gyms and also I have been providing yoga therapy to people with different health problems such as: scoliosis, herniated discs, arthritis, multiple sclerosis and disability
