Namaste Yoga


Our approach to yoga is to relax the mind and body by offering restorative pranyama to begin each class and moving to a slower paced (3 breaths per posture) Hatha practice were you complete the connection and ground your spirit.  Namaste Yoga is an intimate peaceful space, filled with the scent of pure essential oils to enhance the  breath during practice and calm the overstressed senses.
