Samantha received her 200hr RYT Training in June of 2017. She trained in California with Shivakali Teacher training, focusing on alignment based Vinyasa. Samantha is over the moon to be able to share her passion and connect with people through her yoga practice. Being drawn to yoga to help cope with mental illness, she has seen firsthand how yoga can change a life. Samantha has found it as a part of her dharma to help others find their way through their practice.
