Andahazy Yoga, LLC

I began teaching yoga in 2003, weaving the ancient practice into my care for individuals with disabilities. In 2013, I began offering private lessons outside of healthcare, and in 2014, opened my first weekly public classes. I am a lifelong student of yoga and experience teaching as the next part of my learning journey. I am honored to share this practice with dedicated students who inspire me, motivate me to learn more, and teach me many lessons about yoga, life, and compassion.

Vinyāsa/Hatha - All Levels
A grounding class to refresh the body and calm the mind. Vinyāsa is a type of yoga that connects flowing movements to the breath, coordinating one movement with each phase of the breath. Hatha is a form of yoga that seeks to unite and center opposing forces in the body, typically characterized by holding selected poses for several breath cycles. This class is a style blend designed to both energize and heat, as well as ground and focus the mind-body. Variations on movement sequences will be offered to meet unique needs. Beginners are welcome; previous introduction to yoga is helpful. Public classes are held at River Garden Yoga Center in St. Paul.  Visit for more information.
