Beth has effectively guided clients individually and in groups, addressing medical conditions, injuries and diseases safely. In the initial session, an assessment of the current situation is reviewed, with goals established. We discuss any concerns the client may have. Structural poses, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and more are customized for the individual to promote self-healing. She works privately with individual clients, conducts custom trainings, in addition to facilitating group workshops.
