My goal is to provide a safe space for transformative practice. Students can expect a mix of static and dynamic poses, combining traditional asana with mindful vinyasa. My teaching style is light-hearted, alignment-based, and breath-focused, and I love to use props to support as well as challenge the body. Each class is different and intelligently sequenced, with options to ease or to intensify based on a student's needs and preferences. I teach mat and chair yoga classes that are appropriate for all levels. Private, semi-private, small group, and event class services are available.
