Lake Tahoe Yoga
Lake Tahoe Yoga is Tahoe's only RajaHatha Yoga Studio. Since 2008, studio owner Jenay, has been guiding practices that focus upon individual needs including physical limitations. Every practice is varied to honor each practitioner's current state.
Asana practices focus upon alignment and self study. In every session your guide will incorporate philsophy as described in the Yoga Sutra and Hatha Yoga Pradipika. Guided breathing practices and mindfulness are included in every practice.
Scheduled and private practices are available. Therapeutic sessions focus upon specific needs including physical pain, injury recover, healthy living, and mental health.
Outdoor classes are held seasonally and offer the opportunity for a shift of focus as well as challenges physically and mentally. Join classes on the beach and paddle board or at the site of your choosing.

Jenay Aiksnoras, BS Psychology, MS Counseling, ERYT500, is trained in the RajaHatha lineage and has studied anatomy, physiology, mantra, and Yoga Nidra.
