Sue Greenwood M.S. E-RYT 500 is a yoga teacher and yoga therapist who inspires others to find breath, structure, extension and freedom through grounding and creating space in the body. Through area classes and private sessions Sue uses her education and experience to enhance the yoga experience and assist students in meeting their needs. Some highlights are:

Assist individuals and groups in learning the philosophy and action of yoga. Instruction includes the eight limbs of yoga, benefits of practice,asana alignment, and asana practice through the 5 pranas.

Provide Postural Alignment- exercise therapy through the Egoscue Method on a private and online basis.

Sue has taught in many venues from pods of 2-4 students to full classes of 30-43 students, utilizing an assistant.

Specializes in classes and therapeutics for persons with disabilities and long-term concerns such as low back issues, cancer, joint replacements/fused joints and arthritis.

Specializes in working with women and teens through the Inner Star Girl Program.

Worked extensively in addictions recovery, teaching yoga and meditation. Have written a workbook on meditation and recovery.

Some of the most popular workshops are: Explore the Body, Yoga Through Self-Massage, Gentle Yoga and Meditation, and Seasonal Flow.
